Our chefs are extremely passionate about food and have spent time and energy in sourcing the finest ingredients. We believe in taking those ingredients and enhancing them with a marriage of flavours to suit all tastes.
Our suppliers share our passion and supply some of the finest chefs in the country.
We endeavour to adhere to the use of seasonal British produce wherever necessary and avoid the use of genetically modified ingredients to the best of our knowledge.
In using predominantly local suppliers, we aim to reduce food miles. This will help with carbon foot print reduction and give our diners finer ingredients in the process.
We can tailor our menu to suit most food allergies and chef will be delighted to help you with your choices. Please feel free to request your favourites for a future visit and, given notice, chef will endeavour to ensure that it is available for you.
